and a bittersweet joy that I remember performances by Culture.
As I reflect on the extraordinary life and achievements of
Joseph Hill, it’s still hard to believe that he passed away
while on tour in Berlin only a short time after his brilliant
performance at SNWMF. The lost of such a great Rasta warrior
will be felt for many, many years to come. Those of us who grew
to love and admire Joseph Hill can only be consoled in the
knowledge that Jah Jah now holds this beautiful spirit in his
gentle embrace and will forever stay by his side as he trods on
to Zion. Through his music, Joseph Hill will live for Iver
more. Rastafari!”
