The bass is one of the most essential
components to the sound of reggae music. For well over 30 years, bassist George
"Fully" Fullwood has been instrumental in shaping the sounds of Jamaican music.
The bass is only one of the many talents that Fully brings to music, as he is also an
accomplished producer and composer. Fully Fullwood has worked with some of the all-time
greats in Jamaican music, including; Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Joe Higgs, the Mighty
Diamonds, Black Uhuru, Dennis Brown, and Gregory Isaacs. Fully Fullwood's bass sound has
provided the essential rhythm to these artists' powerful words, and it is no surprise why
Fully Fullwood is still in great demand today.

Holt, Judy Mowatt, Ken Boothe, Andrew Tosh, Delroy Wilson, and many more have utilized the
outstanding talents of this absolutely amazing composer, producer and musician. The
originator and leader of the "Soul Syndicate Band," Fully Fullwood has the
distinction of also being a member of reggae superstar Peter Tosh's famous band,
"Word, Sound and Power" whom he recorded with and also toured with extensively
