DUBWIZE
Dubwize is a 8 piece roots rock
reggae band, with latin beat influence, coming out of the Salinas Valley, California's
Central Coast. Dubwize original music is truly exciting. They bring deeply anchored
rhythms, lots of energy, conscious lyrics and creative dubs. They feature a quality horn
section and inspirational melodica melodies. Dubwize is sure to touch your heart, inspire
you & keep you on your dancin' feet.
We hope to spread the message of love, peace and unity, to bring
positive vibes to the people with creative heart felt original music, and to let it be

Dubwize has
performed at many of California's top venue's, and in February 2004 they toured the island
of Puerto Rico. They returned with a spectacular line of welcome home concerts for all the
massive, first at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz then Pier 23 in San Francisco, Black box
Caberet (csumb) Monterey Bay, Studio Z San Francisco, then heading south to San Luis
Obispo, Avila beach and Santa Barbara. In 2003 Dubwize was on the move, opening shows for
artist's such as,Burning Spear, Culture, Yellow Man, Israel Vibration, Midnite, Humble
Soul and many more. In January 2003 the Ashkenaz in Berkeley wrote about Dubwize:
"Dubwize, the most exciting and rapidly climbing reggae group in years" and in
2004 the Monterey Coast Weekly voted Dubwize for best band in Monterey County. Check out
