Artists interested in performing at SNWMF should send their promo packets to the address below.  Please only send materials that are commercially available (no CD-Rs).  Artist submissions must be received by February 28^th, 2010.

Vendors
Vending applications for SNWMF 2010 will be sent to last year’s vendors by February 15^th.  If you vended in 2009 your contact information has changed, please notify us immediately at vending@snwmf.com.

If you are a new vendor and wish to be considered for SNWMF 2010, please email us your name and mailing address, a list of items or food you sell and prices, and pictures of your wares.  If you offer something unique, SNWMF will forward an application to you, if space is available.

Volunteers
SNWMF could not exist without the efforts of volunteers. Last year's volunteers will be sent information and an application in the first week of April. If you have moved or changed your email address since last year you must email us your new address. If you did not volunteer in 2009 and are interested in volunteering for 2010, please revisit this webpage beginning in April for further information.
